InVita Health & Wellness offers a variety of healthcare services including: urgent care visits, telehealth visits, primary care visits, sports, camp, and work physicals (Please note that this is a CASH pay service only).

Here at InVita Health & Wellness, you will receive excellent and professional healthcare services with transparent pricing. Avoid the unexpected costs when it comes to taking of you and your family. We will work hand in hand with you to develop a treatment plan that is best for you!

 

Services Provided:

  • Urgent care treating coughs, colds, sore throats, UTI’s, and much more
  • On-site testing including: COVID-19, flu, strep, urinalysis, and other laboratory studies
  • Primary care and management of your chronic health conditions
  • Sports, camp, and work physicals
  • Clearance or return to work notes
  • Management of hormone imbalances, vitamin deficiencies, thyroid disorders, etc.

 

Current Costs (cash pay only as health insurance is not accepted):

-Weight Loss Telehealth Consultations $89

-Hormone/Vitamin Consultations $89

-Healthcare/Urgent Care Visits $150

-Telehealth Visits $50*

-Sports, camp, and work physicals $75

 

Laboratory testing is additional and will be discussed at the time of your visit.

*Telehealth may not be appropriate for certain conditions. We will determine if telehealth is an appropriate option, depending on your health complaint(s). Lab and diagnostic test prices will be made clear and will be discussed with you at the time of your visit. These labs or tests must be paid in full prior to testing being administered. Please note that if you are experiencing severe symptoms or a medical emergency, you should call 911 or go to your local emergency room.
